Do the glasses you sell have warranty?

Because we are authorized resellers for all brands we carry the manufacture will honor the warranty on any glasses you buy from us. To learn more about each brands specific warranty click here.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before Noon it will ship out the same day. If not it will ship out the next business day. We ship Monday through Saturday and obviously not on holidays.

I don’t see shipping available for my address when I try to check out?

We currently only have shipping profiles set up for the United States. We’re happy to ship overseas but right now we need to get you a custom shipping quote. Send us an email to info@fablife.cc and we’ll get you a price and help you complete your order. Also make sure and join our mailing list if you’d like to be notified as we add more countries to our shipping profiles.

What’s your return policy?

If you don’t like them for any reason, send us an email and let us know within 14 days. We’ll send you a return label and you can send them back for a full refund. Click here for our full return policy.

How do I know your glasses are legit?

We don’t buy any inventory through 3rd parties. We have direct relationships with the brands and buy directly from the brand or brand representative. We don’t buy from clearance sites or the back of a truck.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t currently offer gift cards but plan to in the future. Make sure to sign up to our mailing list so we can notify you once we have them available. You can sign up to our mailing list here.
